To create a repeat customer the laundry must be returned in a fashion they cannot replicate at home! Otherwise “why would I pay for that?”
When the fresh laundry is taken home, opened – it should reveal a fresh scent of clean (not flowers), organized and attended to – laundry ready to be put away. It should be a pleasant experience.
It is your marketing message!
